Account information you provide when you join the waitlist or create an account — such as your name, email address, and company.

Campaign data you create in Clixs, including drafts, keywords, ad copy, and settings you build before syncing them to Google Ads.

Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and basic device and browser information, collected to keep the product reliable and to improve it.

When you connect a Google Ads account, we use Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never see or store your Google password.

We access your Google Ads data only to build, preview, and sync the campaigns you ask us to. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings, which immediately ends our access.

To provide and operate the service — building drafts, previewing changes, and syncing approved campaigns to Google Ads.

To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests.

To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Clixs (such as hosting and email delivery), with Google Ads to carry out your requests, or where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Draft campaigns are retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which they are deleted. Campaigns already synced to Google Ads remain in your Google Ads account and are not affected.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@clixs.io.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
